    Rosso DOC. Cabernet Sauvignon 80%, Cabernet Franc 20%. BT 3.000. It’s a deeply red ruby color. Full-bodied, with velvety tannins, elegant, intense and persistent in the finish. With aromas of blackberry, currant, blueberry, sweet spice notes, mineral and balsamic sensation. Goes well with game, as e.g. local preparations of wild boar, roast, braised and stewed red meats, medium aged cheese.
