Rosso IGT. Cabernet Sauvignon 100%. BT 1.500. The grapes for Casalvecchio grow up in the clay hills of Casale Marittimo, a few kilometers from the sea in an area with a high temperature difference between day and night. This is beneficial for the best polyphenolic ripening of the grapes. Our production is in the range of 5 tons per hectare.
